1. Focus: This card represents your focus through out the day.
2. Lowest Possible Outcome: This card represents the least beneficial outcome to your day. A lot of times this outcome is brought about by your reactions to what happens today. If you find at the end of the day, that you experienced your lowest possible outcome, it may be a great time to get out your journal. Write about what went well and what did not work in your day. Examine your reactions and how they may have contributed to your outcome and how you may react differently in the future.
3. Highest Possible Outcome: This card represent the most beneficial outcome for your day. I like this card because, not only does it show me what can come up if I respond well to my say, but it can also give me a heads-up on days that are just not going to be that great. It takes the sting out of a bad day and helps you regroup for tomorrow! However, even a card that seems negative in this position may be turned into a positive. When you do see a negative card come up, think about the positive things that may result from the experience.
4. Let Go: This card is something you are holding onto which you can work to let go of today. By releasing yourself from what is represented in this card, you bring yourself closer to your highest possible outcome. This card can also be a good hint at blocks or obstacles that you may allow into your day if you aren’t on the lookout.
5. Work towards: This card is something you can work on embracing through out your day. Like card number 3, if you work towards what is represented in this card, you are also allowing the highest possible outcome to become a part of your day.
When working with this spread, be sure to look at the similarities between cards. I especially like to compare the Highest Possible Outcome to the Lowest. Here, you can see themes that will be present in your day, either way.

I like this spread, particularly its directional nuances! I typically use a 3-card spread (in the format of Receive -> Integrate -> Transmit), but will try this High/Low flow spread. Thanks!
Thanks!
Your spread sounds interesting, I’ll have to try it out. I hope you enjoy this one, too!

Thank you for sharing this thread, I will definitely be using it in the future- it really resonates with me and provides the kind of concise focus I need from a daily tarot reading.
Thanks Pythia,
I feel the same way about this spread. I had been using daily spreads that didn’t help me for years.. mainly because a lot of people use these spreads to help familiarize themselves with the cards. I wanted a little bit more from my daily readings and this was it!
Thanks again–and good luck!

Thanks for the fresh spread. I was just thinking I needed something new for my daily cards! You read my Mind!

[...] Use this Deck for Daily Readings for a Week After you feel you’ve broken your deck in properly, feel free to read for other people, but make sure you keep reading for yourself, too. I like to do daily readings for at least a week with a new deck, so I can keep the energy and the conversation going. For those of you who may not be familiar with my daily spread, you can find it here. [...]
Hi Cathy,
This looks to be a very helpful spread. I almost always use a Spirit (what spirit is gifting), Mind (what’s your mindset), Action (what to do today) 3 card daily spread. Plan to mix it up using your 5 card spread.
Thanks!
Alec
Hi Alec,
I’m glad you like the spread. I like your take on Spirit, Mind, and Action.. I think I’ll give that a shot soon!
Thanks!
